By using this Site, You represent that You are of sufficient legal age to use this Site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability You may incur as a result of the use of this Site. You also warrant that You are legally authorized to make the travel reservations and/or purchases for either Yourself or for another person for whom You are authorized to act. You may only use this Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this Site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

Hotel Reservations

The reservations feature of the Site is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel related services and products and to make legitimate reservations and for no other purpose. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with such Conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for your use of the Site including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorized by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all moneys due under such terms or conditions.
The Site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available SPECIAL PROMOTIONS) for hotels and resorts owned & managed by Ladybird Hotel. Hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the Site and payment will be in accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions. No contract will subsist between you and Ladybird Hotel or any of its affiliates in respect of any services or products offered through the Site unless and until Ladybird Hotel accepts your order by e-mail or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation, booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms and conditions of booking. Any other relevant terms and conditions relating to particular services or products are set out in the Site. You undertake that all details you provide to in connection with any services or products which may be offered by Ladybird Hotel on the Site (including hotel room reservations) will be correct and, where applicable, the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any services or products which you wish to purchase. • Ladybird Hotel assures you that your personal information shall not be permitted to be used/disclosed, save for the purpose of doing the intended business with you, or if required to be disclosed under the due process of law.
• Ladybird Hotel assures you that in the event of your personal information being shared with its subsidiaries, business associates etc., such sharing of information shall be for the purpose of doing the intended business with you.
• Ladybird Hotel reserves its rights to collect, analyze and disseminate aggregate site usage patterns of all its visitors with a view to enhancing services to its visitors. This includes sharing the information with its subsidiaries, and business associates as a general business practice.

Reservation Policy

• Check-In time is 2:00 pm noon and Check-Out Time is 12:00 a.m.
• If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
• Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
• Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
• Breakfast timings are 7:30 – 10:00 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.

Cancellation Policy

• 2 Days– 100% of the total room rate per night per room
• 4 Days – 75% of the total room rate per night per room
• 6 Days – 50% of the total room rate per night per room
• 7 Days– 25% of the total room rate per night per room
• Above 8 Days– No cancellation charges
• Check In at 2.00 P.M / Check Out at 12.00 P.M
• Child above 10 years is chargeable.

Refund Policy

In case of no show: Entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation fee. Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 14 working days.

Note : All Refund Transfer charges shall be charged from guest account, If any.

Amendment Policy

• Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
• Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.

Guest are permitted to use the hotel Rooms, and facilities under the following terms and conditions:
• Tariff: Guests should obtain all room tariff information from Reception.
• Check In and Check out: 2 P.M check in and 12 noon is the check out time.
• Settlement of bills: Bills must be settled at the reception only.
• Departure: Guests staying beyond Check-out time will be charged for a full day succeeding their Check-Out date and time.
• Proof of Identity: According to the government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note: - PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
• The primary guest check-in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children are to be accompanied by adult.
• Guest Belongings: Guest are requested to ensure their room is locked when going out or retiring to bed. The Hotel will not be responsible for the loss of guest’s belongings. Any Belongings left behind at the hotel should be collected within 3 Months from the date of check-in.
• Smoking is not allowed in the reception area, public areas, elevator or on the staircase.
• Noise and Shouting: This is a family hotel and we will not tolerate any absurd behavior, kindly, maintain discipline
• Hazardous Goods: Storing of Hazardous Goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearm, etc. In the hotel premises by guests is strictly prohibited.
• Government Rules and Regulation: All Guest are requested to observe Government Rules and Regulations enforce from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc.
• Amendment of Rules: The Management reserves the right to add, alter or amend any to the items and conditions elaborated in the above rules.
• The Management Rights: The Management reserves absolute right of admission to any person to the Hotel premises and the right to request any Guest to vacate his room at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The Guest shall be bound to vacate his room in the Hotel premises when requested to do so. In case of default, the management will be entitled to take necessary action and remove the Guest`s luggage and belongings from the occupied room and lock it.
• Hotel Keys: Please handover the key to the reception when you go out. It is not permitted to lock hotel rooms with personal lock. In case the key is lost or damage an amount of INR 2000 will be charged by the hotel
